MICODES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.
5. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MICODES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL MICODES’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING THE SERVICES.

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Entire Agreement
